Ad Deadline...

Our ad deadlines have limited flexibility; please plan accordingly. We set our ad deadlines as close to the publication date as possible which allows us more time to finalize the details of the ads as well as the contents of each issue. If you miss a deadline, we may have some flexibility to accommodate your desire to be included in that issue; however the window of opportunity is limited and can not be guaranteed.
Deadlines for ad space reservations, ads requiring production and press-ready digital art in regards to all upcoming issues of The RAAS Magazine are published online (below) and made available for all to view at any time. Deadlines are subject to change without notice (changes will be posted below) check back for updates.

The deadline for press-ready digital art is 24 hours after the deadlines listed above. Ad copy and payments are due on or before 6:00 p.m. of the deadline date. A 10% penalty-service charge is assessed and due on all payments not received prior to the deadline date.
